Project Administrator - Permanent

Our client is a global manufacturing organisation and they are currently seeking a Project Administrator to assist in the reporting and project coordination of IT projects to the Executive Team. Essential attributes for the role are:

  • Experience working as a Project Administrator in a large, fast moving organisation.
  • Ability to work with, and understand, project financials with Project Managers and Finance Teams.
  • Good organisational skills and capable of managing the Project Management Office mailbox.
  • Experience of SharePoint 2013 (Office 365). Able to manage and administrate PMO Intranet site.
  • Required to have very good excel skills and be comfortable with creating and managing pivot tables, charts and dashboards.
  • Experience of working with senior stake holders with respect to the project data.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage an array of stake holders, from PM's to Executives.
  • UK based role with principal location being based in Birmingham.

This is an immediate requirement paying £35k plus other benefits include pension, health insurance, and eligibility to the company share save scheme, for the successful candidate.
