Business Development Sales Manager
(Permanent)
Excellent Package £45k - 65k + Bonus and Benefits

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting for new business through a blended approach of advertising, networking, cold calling, or other methods of producing interest from potential clients. Working closely with the Senior Management you will be accountable for driving new sales opportunities across the following business areas:

- Business & IT Consultancy
- Project Management as a Service (PMaaS)
- Project Management Office as a Service (PMOaaS)
- Portfolio Dashboards & MI

The Business Development Sales Manager will develop and maintain existing accounts by presenting new solutions, opportunities and services to clients and convert potential clients into business customers.

The successful candidate will have 5 years sales experience in a B2B environment ideally within IT Consultancy or IT Professional Services. You will have experience dealing with C-Board level and Senior Directors and be able to communicate clearly and succinctly at this level both orally and in writing with respect to Service Contracts, Statement of Works and Bids. Furthermore you will have polished presentational skills and inspire confidence in our clients. This role will be part of a team effort so you will need to be able to coordinate, articulate and select the appropriate MAXICA expertise to assist you with a successful sale and execution. If you have a good understanding of Portfolio's, Programmes and Project Management this would be an advantage.

IT Project Manager

PMO Manager
(Permanent)

We have an opportunity for an experienced PMO Manager to join our team to deliver PMO services to our clients. These PMO services will be primarily in Portfolio Management space although Programme Management support may also feature.

You will take responsibility for understanding the client requirements with respect to their strategy and assist with aligning projects to meet their objectives. You will do this via validation and the collection of data, analysis of this data and taking corrective action with project and programme managers to ensure it is accurate and maintained. You will ideally have experience with PPM tools and a solid understanding of demand management, strategic portfolio scoring, portfolio dashboards and capacity / resourcing best practice.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a complex working environment managing portfolio's of upwards of £10M / 30+ projects. You will have experience dealing with Senior Directors and C-Board level staff, managing and running portfolio review meetings and presenting your findings. Your excel skills will be exceptionally strong along with the other tools available in O365. Any SharePoint or Teams experience and knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

Business Intelligence Analyst
(Permanent)

The Business Intelligence Analysts will be responsible for managing, maintaining and maturing existing internal and client embedded data products coupled with supporting the development of new features and Products, whilst looking at opportunities to refine and improve useability and consistency.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years experience in Power BI design, DAX, M Query, SQL, R, Python with a strong analytical approach to problem solving and data modelling. Your excel skills (including VBA) will be exceptionally strong, along with a good understanding of the other tools available in M365. Any PowerApps, SharePoint or Teams experience would be a distinct advantage along with any Microsoft 365 Certifications, notably in Teams Administrator Associate, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics or Big Data.

You will also be adept at building excellent working relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients being driven to solve problems and deliver effective and polished solutions.
