IT Project Manager

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team to deliver an array of interesting and challenging IT projects. These range from desktop rollouts to full digital transformation programmes. If you have solid project management skills and at least 5 years experience working in complex environments, we have a great opportunity for you.

PMO Manager

Up to £55,000

We have an opportunity for an experienced PMO Manager to join our team to deliver PMO services to our clients. These PMO services will be primarily in Portfolio Management space although Programme Management support may also feature.

You will take responsibility for understanding the client requirements with respect to their strategy and assist with aligning projects to meet their objectives. You will do this via validation and the collection of data, analysis of this data and taking corrective action with project and programme managers to ensure it is accurate and maintained. You will ideally have experience with PPM tools and a solid understanding of demand management, strategic portfolio scoring, portfolio dashboards and capacity / resourcing best practice.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years experience in a complex working environment managing portfolio's of upwards of £25m / 50+ projects. You will have experience dealing with Senior Directors and C Board level staff, managing and running portfolio review meetings and presenting your findings. Your excel skills will be exceptionally strong along with the other tools available in O365. Any SharePoint experience and knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

PMO Analyst

Up to £35,000

This role will suit a someone who is looking at building their skills to become a PMO Manager. The role will work along side the PMO Manager and assist with all the activities that are required to deliver a high performing Portfolio Management Office functions.

You will need a solid understanding of project and programme management best practise, be able to design and define processes using swimlanes and policy definition, have a strong lateral and logical mind able to analyse large data sets and identify trends, weaknesses and strengths and deliver highly polished professional outputs.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a complex working environment working with portfolios or programmes. You will have experience dealing with an array of project and programme professionals, managing and running meetings and documenting the outcomes. Your excel skills will be strong along with the other tools available in O365. Any SharePoint or PPM tool experience and knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
